Intruder Alarm services
It is without hesitation that I would recommend Craig Harris, his approach to customer service is outstanding. I knew nothing about alarm systems apart from the importance of having one, Craig took the time to share with me the many options and discuss with me what most suited my needs. The installation was completed to the highest standard and the ongoing support as I learn how to use the system has been simple, clear and without any problems. I now sleep better knowing my safety is more in my control.
Rhiannon Reid, domestic alarm customer
Leon from Decibel Fire & Security fitted a complete alarm system in our home. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the pricing was fair and more reasonable than other quotes we'd obtained. He came on time and made sure we were completely happy with the location of the detectors, alarm panel etc. We would have no hesitation in using Decibel again or recommending the company to others.
Mrs Bavin, Forest of Dean
I have absolutely no hesitation recommending the guys at Decibel Fire and Security for any security system requirements. Nothing is too much trouble, they’re straight talking and the job gets done on time, every time.
Peter House, Director at PH Electrical Limited, Gloucester

Nick Bevan at Bevans Chartered Surveyors, Cheltenham
We employed Decibel for our security requirements and found their service to be professional, efficient and friendly. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others
