News! Operations Manager, Ricky Collins, joins Decibel Fire & Security
Ricky brings over 22 years of experience working across Gloucestershire, collaborating closely with County Council delivery engineers and local schools.
His extensive experience covers electrical and mechanical services, HVAC, commercial catering, BMS controls, compliance management, project delivery and facilities management. With a practical, hands-on approach, Ricky has built a strong reputation for problem-solving, technical expertise and developing long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Commenting on his appointment, Dave West said: “Ricky adds valuable experience to our Operations team and will play a vital role in coordinating the engineers work schedules to meet client commitments, maintain high SLAs and ensure customer satisfaction.”
Away from work, Ricky enjoys keeping active, playing and watching sport and spending time with his family.
